We chose this subject for our final project because this is our last year of high school and it was a special experience to participate in the events of independence with the community and with other institucions to celebrate. In completing this set of photography, we used various modes of the camera including fully and semi automatic. We learned that photography can be difficult because in order to find photos that we liked, we had to take many many photos. Through this project, we would like to communicate that as Costa Ricans, we should focus more on bringing back traditional celebrations like those that take place during the month of independence. We also want to communicate our pride in being a free and independent country.
